Deep Tissue Massage

A corrective, as well as therapeutic massage, using Trigger Point Therapy, Neuro-Muscular Re-Education, Myofacial Release and Acupressure. It helps release muscle discomfort and can build up in the soft tissue, due to stress, repetitive motion and deeply held patterns of tension. It also increases flexibility and range of motion and re-educates muscles toward a more balanced habit pattern, which improves posture and coordination.
